We "cakers and bakers" consider a serving to be about 1"x2". Filled cake layers and generally 3.5" - 4" tall. Get a tape measure to get an idea of this size. When you receive your Sugar Buzz! cake, you will also get a diagram showing how to slice the cake to get the proper number of servings. Here's how many servings are in several common cake sizes:

Please think about your party guests. Will they be served food other than cake? Do they eat like they are "on a diet" or like they are on a football team? Are they shy about getting seconds? Are you expecting a lot of hungry teenagers or a lot of small children? This information will determine how much cake you need.
Pricing
The cake's size, complexity of design, and type of frosting all must be taking into account for pricing purposes. The starting price point for buttercream-frosted, filled cake is $3.50 per serving. The starting price for a fondant-covered, filled cake is $4.50 per serving. Cake pricing starts at $90.
